What’s the difference between the BT2180.14 and the BT4180.14?
The main difference between these amplifiers is the number of speakers they can run, and the ability to fade sound between speakers.
(Explanation of fade: You might have experience fading sound between your car speakers. If your rear passengers wanted to listen to a song, but you wanted the music to be quiet in the front of the car, you sometimes have the ability to turn the volume down on the front speakers while simultaneously turning the volume up on the rear speakers. This is fading the music between the front and rear speakers.)
The BT2180.14 is a 2-channel amplifier and it can power four 4-ohm speakers wired in parallel. You will not be able to fade sound between the speakers.

The BT4180.14 is a 4-channel amplifier and it can power eight 4-ohm speakers. You will also be able to fade the sound between the speakers.

What’s the difference between the BT7P1.14 and the BT7P1 2014 Proline 7.1"?
The Pro’s are our top of the line speakers, built with even higher quality materials and construction than the BT7P1. If you had a high speed camera pointed at a speaker, you could see that all speakers physically distort when pushed to their max volume, causing sound distortion. The high quality construction of the Pro’s prevents this. These speakers are extremely effective at high volumes, handling 20% more volume than the BT7P1. They have more power handling capability, so they are best used with an aftermarket radio and amplifier that can supply that power. Both speaker types have open, clean and natural sound because of their paper cones.

My install was similar to others. I installed the BT2180 amp and a set of Proline 7.1" speakers on my 2015 Street Glide Special. I had a stock system I was upgrading. The install was very straight forward, with the biggest time drain, getting to the bolts on the stock speaker pods. Obviously once the first side was done and problems overcome, second side was quick. I ran into a small issue with the spacer ring holes not fully lining up, so I just drilled them one size up and everything worked great.
Before install, I usually keep my volume cranked almost max at anything over 65mph, I now keep my volume just over half even at 80mph. Sound quality changed so much for the better; I was really surprised.

Installed this system on my 2017 Street Glide Special (2 front speakers only). The install was totally plug and play and very straight forward, with the only aggravation being getting to the bolts on the stock speaker pods. If you are doing the amp as well as the speakers, do not do the step in the speaker install where you take the factory speaker stub harness out of the pods, as you will not be using them.
Before install, I had my volume cranked to the max at anything over 60mph, now my volume never exceeds anything over about 5/8. Even at 80 mph, the tunes are as clear as you have any right to expect on a motorcycle system. 4 stars instead of five (would have done 4.5 if available) ONLY because the sound quality IS a bit on the bright/tinny side. I have managed to overcome this and get a pretty good sound balance by going to the settings on the boom system and running the bass all the way to max and setting the treble to the center. That gives me a pretty decent sound quality.
As always, YMMV, but I would definitely recommend this system.

I installed the BT2180 amp and a set of Titian 7.1" speakers on my 2016 Street Glide Special. Took a few hours to install, without any issues whatsoever. The sound quality over the stock system is shocking!. At 30% volume you and everyone within a 70 foot radius of your motorcycle will hear you coming. The sound quality at 70 mph is nothing short of perfect!
If you're looking for a first class, quality system, which is also made in the USA with a life time warranty, s.hop no further, this one is for you

Plug and play, easy instructions/install, and no flash needed. This is what attracted me to the biketronics system. All went as planned and great sound improvement. Let's not forget about the lifetime warranty!
