I purchased this package to replace OEM. I followed the installation instructions, with my bike on a platform lift in my garage, and found the process fairly painless. The install took me about an hour, and then another hour to sort out an issue.... figures right?
So the instructions are good. Follow them. The sound quality is great. Having bluetooth capability is awesome. The end result, after I realized I had to run independent speaker wire to my rears, and splice into the existing wires before the connectors to the tourpak.
My only 2 issues were: after finishing the install, and testing the unit, I lost all power. So after leaving a message at Biketronics for customer service, I tested every connection and every fuse, and then re-read the instruction manual.... and found a very small reference to the fuses on your bike... and it said "requires 10 or 15A fuses to radio and radio memory" slots in electrical distribution..... Once I swapped the 1A fuse for a 10A fuse, the unit worked amazing...... LOVE IT!...... and yes Customer Service did call back the next day, and left a message as I wasn't home, saying that I should check the bike fuses lol...... patience, not my strong suit.... My other disappointment was my in-attention when ordering the unit. I had selected a different one prior to placing the order that included a hardwire USB option at the back of the unit as well as the front..... the one that I ended up ordering didn't have this, and after staring at the radio for a while in amazement, I checked my order and the radio model # and discovered my error..... my error.
All in, this is a nice upgrade and I'm happy...... now i'm looking to replace the OEM rear speakers, because they just can't keep up. Good Value for your money... I'm a happy customer.

I installed the new sound system in my 1997 Ultra last night and I am absolutely blown away by its performance. I ordered the Sony MS60 marine radio with the Titan II speakers for both front and rear. I was a little uncertain as to whether I would need the additional amplifier or not so I installed the system without the amp to see how it would perform. The performance is fantastic, great volume and perfect clarity at all volume levels.
Installation went very well and was exactly as described in the instructions provided by Biketronics. The few questions that I did have were promptly and accurately answered by Mike. It is refreshing to do business with a company that puts such a great emphasis on customer service and provides products that meet or exceed their advertising claims. Biketronics has a new lifetime customer.
