Shipping and Handling

Please call us if you must have your parts by a certain date. This will allow us to make sure we can meet your deadline and expedite your order if needed.

Shipping: 

Orders ship out in optimally in five to seven business days (not including weekends and holidays). But due to current supply difficulties, your order may take longer to ship. Shipping time for UPS ground (our standard method) is between four and ten days. If your purchase weighs under 4 pounds, we may choose to ship it using US Priority mail. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Currently we are requesting signatures on all shipments over $50.

Expedited: Please call for this service. Handling fee is $20 (in addition to shipping charges), as long as supply allows.  Biketronics is not responsible for a carriers inability to meet the expedited date. We will work hard to recover failed exepited costs, but we are not liable for sending out a reshipment unless customer pays for second order. We cannot ship overnight after 12pm PST.

UPS Shipping Notice: UPS charges an $11 address correction fee. If you enter your address incorrectly and this results in a UPS address correction you will be subject to pay the correction fee.
