Factory CB, intercom, and rear volume control functions are integrated into the stock radio and cannot be retained when adding an aftermarket radio.

    This unit is amazing, Just what I needed. After dealing with 2 different factory units and having 2 separate issues with both I decided to go aftermarket unit but wanted to keep all my handlebar controls. My buddies spent $800 on units from a good company because it was plug and play but I couldn't justify spending that much just on a radio. So I did some research and found this amazing unit. Not only could I keep my handlebar controls but I could also keep the auto volume control which I also like and you can only get from Biketronics and this unit, . Not even my buddies $800 units kept the auto volume control. So I figured I would give it a shot, I ordered the unit, I received it really fast, installed with a marine grade unit that I purchased Which the install was as simple as plugging in wires and harnesses and done and it works flawlessly. I can seek up and down and chance tracks as well as cycle through sources with the right control and turn the volume up and down as well as switch from AM to FM1,2,and3 as well as modifying the auto volume control with the left. And the auto volume control works great, better then factory. Plus on top of the features You can't go wrong purchasing this unit as far as I'm concerned it's a win. Plus on top of this being a great unit you also get a lifetime warranty, you can't lose. I love it and would recommend this amazing device to everybody. For what my buddies spent on theirs I got this unit and could still buy 5 radios and still have money left over. Thanks again for creating such a great product.

    I had bought a Sony Marine radio kit from Cartronics for my 2003 Ultra Classic that came with very vague and incomplete instructions. Called Cartronics for assistance 3 times which was no help. After much research, I finished the installation of their radio module, but couldn’t get the handlebar switch controls to work. More research led me to call Biketronics. What a difference with their customer support. I ordered the radio module they recommended which arrived a few days later. Complete and easy to understand instructions and simple plug & play install! Everything works great!

    THE MODULE I HAD BEFORE DID NOT HAVE THE AUDO VOLUME CONTROLL LOVE THE AUDO CONTROLL WORKS GREAT EASY HOOK UP

    I had a problem getting my radio to turn on. I called their support number and within minutes they figured out the problem and helped me get it working.. Great product and great support.

    It took me about 15 minutes from opening up the package to having sound on the speakers. Waiting to see if the AVC works as good as the rest of the features of this unit...
