    96 Electra glide install.

Awesome Kit! 96-97 Electras are a pain for aftermarket electronics, there’s no room in the fairing, and the radio install is a whole different animal.... but this kit worked perfect. Mounted right in, speakers fit flawlessly, and didn’t hit my fairing when I reinstalled it. Only thing the instructions didn’t say was to mount the speakers with the connections on top so you don’t hit the bracing bar. But it’s self explanatory. But regardless, awesome kit. Made my sound system install and quality much easier. 10/10

    Speaker Adapters

Posted by Jerry Pope on 23rd Jul 2018

Used adapters to install a Digital Designs component set of 6.5” speakers and tweeters in 05 CVO Electraglide. Adapters are very well made with no flex at all. Comes with screws for attaching to fairing and mounting speakers to adapters. Did not use the included speaker grills, but they are also well made. Instructions stated to install adapters with label up, my adapters had no labels at all but I was able to inspect the pictures on the instruction sheet to figure out proper orientation.

    Excellent Product

Worked perfectly to install Polk 6 1/2" speakers in my '02 Electra Glide. Only problem was that the instructions said to install with the label in the 12:00 position. The labels weren't on the adapters but it wasn't hard to figure out the orientation from the pictures.
